Refund Policy
The cancellation or modification of the reservation must be communicated as soon as possible. Cancellation may result in penalties as compensation.
In the event of cancellation, the following conditions will apply:
-If the cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the arrival date, there will be a penalty of 0% of the rental payment.
-If the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the arrival date, there will be a penalty of 50% of the rental amount.
-In case of no-show or cancellation 1 day before arrival, the customer will lose 100% of the rental amount.
This website operates from the Principality of Andorra, and its terms of use, along with any claims made, are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Principality of Andorra, which must resolve in accordance with the applicable law.
