Our accommodations are fully equipped: television, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, hairdryer, cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils, and equipment. Washing machines and dishwashers are available in most apartments; please check the website to see if the chosen apartment includes these appliances.<\/div>\r\n<div>Photos and descriptions provided by PROAP APARTAMENTS are periodically reviewed. However, there may be differences in the furniture or interiors displayed. These changes do not entitle you to any compensation or claim.<\/div>\r\n<div>Bedding and towels, as well as kitchen cloths and sponges, are included in the accommodation.<\/div>\r\n<div>The tenant agrees to follow the community rules and maintain proper and exemplary behavior concerning the rest of the neighbors.<\/div>\r\n<div>In case of leaving the accommodation and checking out before the scheduled day, NO refund will be given to the client.<\/div>\r\n<h3>2.Reservation Conditions<\/h3>\r\n<div>You can make your reservation online after verifying the availability of the desired accommodation.\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>To confirm the reservation, you must pay 50% of the total amount if made up to 15 days before your arrival, and 100% if the reservation is made less than 15 days in advance.\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>Payment can be made by credit\/debit card via our Virtual POS; only VISA or Mastercard will be accepted, or by bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, you have 2 days to send us the payment receipt; after this period, your reservation will be canceled.\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>Once the payment is received, we will send you an email with the reservation confirmation. The remaining 50% will be paid 15 days before your arrival by bank transfer or credit\/debit card.<\/div>\r\n<h3>3.Client Obligations<\/h3>\r\n<h4>Accommodation Occupancy\u00a0<\/h4>\r\n<div>You agree to keep the accommodation clean, tidy, and in the condition in which it was delivered to you. You also agree to follow the usage and maintenance instructions provided by the company and comply with noise regulations, waste disposal, etc. The number of occupants in the accommodation cannot exceed the stated capacity.<\/div>\r\n<div>Failure to comply with these rules entitles the company to demand the eviction of the accommodation without compensation and to charge for any damages caused, which may be deducted from the deposit.<\/div>\r\n<h4>Payment of the Deposit\u00a0<\/h4>\r\n<div>The deposit will be blocked via paylink 1 to 2 days before your arrival. The deposit ranges between \u20ac200 and \u20ac500. This amount will be automatically unblocked within 7 working days, provided no damages have been caused to the accommodation and it is in the same condition in which it was delivered.<\/div>\r\n<h4>Payment of the Tourist Tax<\/h4>\r\n<div>The tourist tax has been mandatory in Andorra since June 2022. It applies to individuals aged 16 and over and is \u20ac2.09 per person and day, up to a maximum of 7 nights.\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>The tax payment will also be made via a paylink 1 to 2 days before your arrival.<\/div>\r\n<h3>4.Proap Apartaments Commitment<\/h3>\r\n<div>Proap Apartaments has an office open to the public in the town of Encamp. The office hours are from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00.\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>We will resolve any issues that may arise with the accommodation as quickly as possible. In case of force majeure, we commit to replacing the reserved accommodation with another of similar characteristics, subject to availability.<\/div>\r\n<div>Complaint forms are available at our offices. Additionally, we have a 24-hour telephone service for any issues or inquiries the client may have during their stay.<\/div>\r\n<h4>PROAP APARTAMENTS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:<\/h4>\r\n<div>Theft or damage caused by third parties.<\/div>\r\n<div>Construction works near the accommodation.<\/div>\r\n<div>Interferences, omissions, or interruptions in supplies (electricity, water, Wi-Fi, etc.).<\/div>\r\n<div>Negligence or omission of services provided by third parties (cleaning of common areas, etc.).<\/div>\r\n<h3>5.Arrivals and Departures<\/h3>\r\n<h4>Arrivals:<\/h4>\r\n<div>It is mandatory to check-in online before your arrival. You must send the identity documents of all accommodation guests via email or WhatsApp.\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>Key collection will be done directly at the apartment with all the information provided by Proap Apartaments. Check-in time will be from 4:00 PM.<\/div>\r\n<h4>Departures:<\/h4>\r\n<div>Guests must vacate the accommodation between 8:00 and 11:00 am on the last reserved day, without exception. For other departure times, prior agreement and availability are required.\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>During the winter season, we cannot be flexible with the check-out time.\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>If bed linens, pillowcases, towels, etc., are missing or if towels are excessively dirty, an additional charge of \u20ac5 to \u20ac15 will apply.\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>Upon departure, the kitchen and utensils must be left clean and tidy, and the refrigerator empty. The dishwasher must also be emptied, and trash taken out.\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>Used linens and towels should be left in the bathroom, with windows closed and heating turned off.\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div>The loss of provided keys incurs a cost of \u20ac35, and the remote-control loss incurs a cost of \u20ac45.<\/div>\r\n<div>The accommodation must be clean, as it was found. Failure to follow these rules gives Proap Apartaments the right to charge \u20ac50 from the deposit.<\/div>\r\n<h3>6.Cancellations and Reservation Modifications<\/h3>\r\n<div>Reservations made will not be effective until the agreed amount has been paid.<\/div>\r\n<div>The cancellation or modification of the reservation must be communicated as soon as possible.
